Just don't touch the inhaler until you're sure it's safe to use." My doctor said, "If you do take it, you may want to take it with a meal. I would recommend taking it on an empty stomach." I did take it and I'm so upset. I had a very hot shower and the shower water didn't help so I had to take the inhaler.
